Update guys I’m still here I still plan on returning to streaming on FB. Been on kick and also been working on myself. Dropped about 40 lbs over that last 5 months (197 now) and it’s crazy that I can run this far now!!! Have a epic weekend

This was my announcement. I finally got my teeth fixed. I let poor decisions affect my health but no more! I am investing in myself 💯 this year from weight loss to getting these fixed I feel so much better about myself now! Can’t wait to start streaming again! I can’t believe this is week 8. I am down to 212 from 214. I already feel so much better about myself. I can run a 8 min 30 second mile now. I am super proud of myself and thank you everyone for all your support! I have decided to invest in myself this year and it’s starting to pay off. ALSO A HUGE MILESTONE POST IS COMING FROM ME TOMORROW THAT I CANT WAIT TO SHARE WITH THE WORLD.

When I started this page I did not have the self confidence that I have now. I didn’t put my best foot forward and I apologize but that changes today. I’ve been going to the gym working out and I’m down 20 lbs. another thing holding me back was my teeth I finally get those fixed Monday and I’m making Friday the 15th my comeback date! I can’t wait to debut the new TrapHaus Gaming thank you all for sticking around I appreciate that more then you know!

One month ago I was 230 lbs. Today I can proudly say I have dropped 15 lbs and started to see the results of all this hard work paying off. Thank you all for the support! Here is to the next 4 weeks! Week 3 knocked out!!!!! Just weighed myself and I lost another 2 pounds and I’m at 216!!!! I have so much more energy, my self confidence is through the roof, and I’m feeling all around positive about this change! Thank you all for your kind words and support it has not been easy but still determined!

Week 2 down! I weighed myself and I am at 218 (gonna reweigh myself in the morning) and I finally ran the whole mile no stopping at 6 mph and got my time down to 9:52! I’m so proud of myself for continuing to push through this it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done but still not losing motivation! 2 weeks I feel it my next goal 4 weeks I’ll start seeing results! Thank you all for the support let’s go!!!!!! Warzone stream tonight!

So I started my workout journey. After one week I am down 9 lbs and shaved an amazing 6 mins off my mile! My first clock in was at 20 mins my time yesterday was 13:52. Pushing myself everyday to improve. Not only do I feel this will make feel better but I’ll project more confidence when I stream too! Thank each and every one of you for the and I’m glad to be putting more time into streaming again!

Gonna try getting into some weight lifting. Over these last 3 months my main goal was to change my diet and I accomplished that goal! (cut out 90% of my sugar intake, cut out 95% of my soda intake increased water consumption by 64oz a day) and drop down from 255 where I was around Halloween. Today I’m at 220 but I feel like I’m at a standstill. I gain 2 3 lbs then lose it again, but dropping these 35 lbs has really motivated me to get into the best shape of my life.
