7 x how to tidy a messy house when you're overwhelmed | My journey from hoarder to minimalist
Having to tidy when you're overwhelmed can be super difficult. How do you even start? Especially when you have a lot of stuff, like I did during my hoarding days (and from which I still have some 'leftovers' as I'm on this journey from hoarder to minimalist).
Luckily there are ways to be able to tidy a messy house when you're overwhelmed. Even when you have executive dysfunction issues, like I do. In this video I'll give you 7 ways to make it easier for you to clean up your home with less anxiety and overwhelm.
If this video has helped you in any way, please increase my serotonin and dopamine levels by clicking the like button. An added positive is that it'll reach more people that way. And of course feel free to subscribe to my channel if you like more tips related to how to tidy when overwhelmed and tips around neurodivergency and cleaning, as I'm continuing my journey from hoarder to minimalist.

How to stop seeing cleaning as a chore | Full living room clean with me
All the cleaning tasks on my to do list kept beating me down for years, until I started seeing cleaning as self-care. Between not really knowing what to do, forgetting everything and having a brain that's different in the executive functioning part, I didn't accomplish much in the cleaning department (oh and my hoarding probably didn't help there either). Until a huge shift in me happened. A shift that I want to share with you, hoping that it'll make life better for you too.
If this video helped you in any way, shape or form and you'd like to learn more about my journey towards a cleaner and tidier home, then feel free to like my page as you try this mindshift on how cleaning is self-care for yourself.
P.s. I even like cleaning now, who knew.
How mixing cleaners makes cleaning HARDER, instead of easier. See the several reasons why in the full video on YouTube that I've shared in the comments.
