For fasting blood sugar (when you've resisted those midnight snacks for at least 8 hours):
Normal Range: 70-100 mg/dL 🕒

For post-meal sugar levels (2 hours after indulging in your favorite meal):
Normal Range: Less than 140 mg/dL 🍕

Prediabetes often lurks without noticeable signs. Subtle symptoms like thirst, fatigue, or weight changes can go unnoticed. Don't dismiss these symptoms. They could be red flags.
