What do you do with the pulp from a juicer?
You make juice pulp quick bread.

The pulp consisted of carrots, apples, lemons, and ginger. Basically, you take the juice pulp and mix it into your favorite quick bread recipe. I wonder what other juice pulp recipes I can make. Any suggestions let me know!

I'm going to try to cook/bake more this year, so this was my start.

Cookie Butter Crunch churro sundae. If you know Me, you know I love Me some biscoff cookiea and for that to be a flavor I was in heaven. Their churros are freshly made to order and they are DELICIOUS!

Making braised oxtail was an all day adventure for me but the results were magnificent and well worth it! I'm not a chef but I did that 👩🏿‍🍳
Oxtail was on sale at my local grocery store so I took the chance looked up way too many recipes and videos and just combined a little of everything.
You can't have oxtail by itself so I used what I had in my pantry to throw together some rice and peas. All came together for an amazing dish 😋 Check back later for a video of my adventures.

Drop the Bop is a mix of both Korean food and American culture. The easiest way to describe it is the Korean version of Chipotle. Each bowl contains bop (rice) with your choosing of fresh veggies and meat similar to Korean bibimbop! Their sauces are homemade and so delicious especially the Yum Yum sauce. Had an amazing time at the Yelp event at Fonda Cantina in Evanston! 🌮🎉 The owners are so passionate about what they do. Tried so many delicious dishes like the sope de tinga, addictive chips and guacamole, and flavorful flautas. And let's not forget about the margaritas and palomas! 🍹 Ended the night on a sweet note with flan and tres leches. I went to the Illinois Hot Sauce Expo in Joliet with my brother. We tried hot sauces from many vendors. Some were tasty, some were just plain hot. They had wrestling and spicy eating challenges.
