In trying to paint a future Brooklyn I wanted to take staples of the culture like “Stoop Chillen” and give it a lil futuristic twist. “PEEVD” (you know like Pet Peeve?) is an animated series I’m creating to show a future worth hoping for. Based in the year 2095, we are transmitted messages from a future Brooklyn with the Spotlight on the “Mane” character James Haider. James is a struggling Guitarist in a time where technology allows you to create music with your mind. In an attempt to survive James gets a job as a barback in the bar below his apartment, “The Coop”, owned by the Menacing and Alcoholic half man Half Rooster “Coq”. I don’t know what will happen to my family if I don’t post a reel everyday but I’m not willing to take the risk. It’s been 18 Days of posting reels everyday and I’m honestly not thrilled about my growth in followers, but I’m proud of the influence it has given me to share more. As I continue to build my show about a wondrous future, I have been exploring my past work and revamping them with my improved skills and tools. I also broke out some Ol’ Music I produced with my main man @bklyn_goldenboy on the horns.
