TEA is an organization that was established in 2015, with a focus in empowering township based companies and entrepreneurs with knowledge sharing, skills development, enterprise development and access to market. TEA was started out of a need to advocate for entrepreneurship and a possible career choice through its high school engagements and empower existing and aspiring entrepreneurs with skills require to operate and grow an business sustainably through is monthly free workshops hosted in various townships across the country.
TEA has directly impacted over 6500+ entrepreneurs and 20 000+ township high school students, and their dream is to develop hubs of economic development that will aid the youth in townships and rural areas in South Africa.

Join BrownSense Group CEO, Mzuzukile Soni, in conversation with Nosipho Simelane.
Nosipho started her career with Hewlett – Packard South Africa where she fulfilled various roles including Enterprise and Services businesses and leading the Category and Marketing business for the printing business. She then went on to join Microsoft where she fulfilled various roles in the transactional volume business. She then went onto to IBM as Technical and Support Services business. Currently, she is Sales Director at Oracle University Africa.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Management Advancement Programme certificate from Wits Business School. She has completed various other management or executive programs.
Nosipho is an avid cyclist, and sits in the Board of Trustees at Legacy Ride4Hope.
