My current WIP today, I also need to draw the next piece for the Dos Gatitos series, and I've been REALLY wanting to paint some clothes I have.

Lil' Tater & Friends, Comic 5: A Leaf is Afoot

My dog would like to declare that this most definitely wasn't based on real life.



Comic is of a potato named Lil' Tater and their dog, Sweet Tater. The first panel is of Sweet Tater standing in the grass next to a tree. A leaf flutters to the ground as the wind blows. The second panel is Sweet Tater thinking "There's an enemy in my midst". In the next panel Sweet Tater starts to bark at the leaf while Lil' Tater watches. In the last panel, as Sweet Tater continues to bark, Lil' Tater thinks "Look at my dog, pride is not the word I'm searching for..."

So I was watching a video on YouTube about the AI Data Center boom, and I got curious. I googled a map of data centers, and looked up MN. I found out that my hometown has one planned, and I had no idea. Luckily people are pushing back there, but I can't imagine how dystopian it'll start to feel if I return home and there's water shortages. My hometown relies on an aquifer. I hope it can't be built 😟🤢

Also the couple of residents who stood up and said something kick ass!

LiL' TaTeR & Friends, Comic 4: KO'ed Tato

Does anyone else feel their soul leave their bodies when their sock gets wet?



Comic is of a potato (Lil' Tater) enjoying their day with headphones on. They don't notice the puddle in front of them, and stepped directly into it, soaking their sock. The feeling sinks in, and Lil' Tater faints. Their soul leaves their body, effectively KO'ed by the puddle.
