Sharing My Recent Experience with Client

It has a clothing brand and dealing with shirts.

We use Facebook ads for them to make purchases on their website.

Everything is fine at the start we got high sales and our ROAS is vary between 8.5 to 10.0

But after a couple of weeks sales decrease simultaneously. after that we check all data, our CPC, CTR, and ATC everything is good but the campaign does not generate sales, we are totally confused about why this happens.

We start the analysis and after 3-4 hour research we found that due to high sales all M, X, Xl size is over in their catalog and due to FB pixels are set in this catalog Facebook spend whole Money only in some shirts which gives high sales in the start. So we change the catalog and use only those shirts that have a high no. of variety and now we are again in high profit.

CPC - cost per click
CTR:- click throw rate
ATC:- Add to card
ROAS:- Return on add spend

Conclusion
Do not off Campaign direct, do some research and find problems. Even mistake is from your site or on your client site it is your responsibility to make their profit.
