One in California where a police officer shot a man climbing out of a wrecked car and then claimed he refused to get out of the car. And, no, he didn't notify anyone that he had shot the man. Today we discussed prosecutorial misconduct as a Harris County prosecutor withheld the fact that he cut a deal with the only eyewitness - now after 14 years, the State has to start over because the prosecutor wanted to play fast and loose with the rules and not follow the law. Imagine how the victim's family must feel knowing they too have to start over. Additionally we discuss the Alief ISD teacher who is charged with injury to a child after punching a 2nd grade student, pushing him to the ground, and sitting on him.
