Belarus offered the Leningrad region to build a common port
MINSK, September 25, 2020, 12:47 pm - REGNUM The issue of building a common seaport for Russia and Belarus in the Leningrad Region was discussed on September 25 in Minsk by Alexander Lukashenko and Governor of the Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko. This was reported by the press service of the President of Belarus.
According to Lukashenko, earlier he discussed the project of a common port on the Russian Baltic coast with Vladimir Putin.
Addressing Drozdenko, Lukashenko said: “We are talking a lot now and are already working on changing the logistics for the supply of our goods. We need to come to an agreement at all costs. And there is only one question - these are railway tariffs and transshipment in ports ”.
