This time, I’ve set out to push myself to the absolute limit and take on more than we’ve ever tackled on this channel before. The challenge ahead is massive, and that's exactly what this Porsche Cayman GT4 rebuild series is going to bring.

This Porsche Cayman GT4 is by far the most extreme damage I have ever attempted to repair. The stakes are higher than ever, and with such extensive damage, there’s a lot of pressure riding on this rebuild. But despite the risk, I’m hoping that the reward at the end will make it all worth it.

From the first glance, it's clear that this rebuild is going to be on another level. The damage is not just cosmetic—it runs deep into the car’s structure, affecting key components like the chassis, suspension, and possibly even the engine. Every part of this car will need careful inspection, repair, and, in many cases, complete replacement. It’s a massive undertaking, but that’s what makes this project so exciting.

Now that we have the complete front end for the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio, it's time to kick off the repair process. This is where the real work begins, but before we can start fitting the new front end, there's one crucial task that needs to be tackled first. It's a job that’s recommended every five years on this car, and it's something we definitely need to address before moving forward...

This particular maintenance task is vital for the longevity and performance of the Giulia Quadrifoglio. Ignoring this important maintenance could lead to serious issues down the line, especially with a car as finely tuned as this one. So, before we can even think about getting that new front end in place, we need to take care of this essential job.

Once this job is done, we’ll be in a much better position to continue the restoration, ensuring that the Giulia Quadrifoglio is not only looking good but also running smoothly for years to come.

Now that we have the Mercedes AMG GT back from the bodyshop, it's time to tackle all of the finishing touches that are stopping me from being able to drive this car legally on the road. The car is looking absolutely stunning after the bodywork transformation, but there are still numerous small details that need attention before it’s truly road-ready. These are crucial for ensuring the car not only looks complete but also performs reliably and stands the test of time.

The first task on our list is to put the interior back together. The current condition of the interior doesn't do justice to that renowned AMG interior. So we'll be putting the interior back together first, before moving onto some exterior jobs.

These finishing touches might seem small in comparison to the major bodywork and mechanical repairs we’ve already completed, but they are what will make the difference between the car looking and feeling truly complete. Every detail, no matter how minor, contributes to the overall quality and durability of the build.

Ethan has bought a salvage BMW M2, and we are going to attempt to rebuild it and take it to the Nurburgring. We have just five days to complete this project, which is going to push us to the limit of our capabilities.

We're excited about the challenge, but we also know it won't be easy. There will be long hours, late nights, and undoubtedly a few setbacks along the way. However, the thought of seeing that BMW M2 roaring around the Nurburgring after all our hard work is what drives us forward. We're ready to dive in and give it everything we've got, turning this salvage BMW M2 into a track-worthy beast in record time.

We are back working on the Mercedes AMG GT, and it's time to get this project in one piece and back on the road, transforming it into a stunning AMG GT Black Series replica. The journey with this car has been thrilling, and now we're entering a crucial phase to bring everything together.

The first task on our list is to ensure the car is all one colour. The current patchwork of panels and primer doesn't do justice to the sleek design of the AMG GT, so we'll be giving it a fresh, uniform paint job in a bold, striking colour that matches the aesthetic of the Black Series.

But that's not all. In addition to the paintwork, we also need to focus on the exhaust system. The AMG GT Black Series is renowned for its noise, and we want to make sure our project car delivers that signature sound. We'll be upgrading the exhaust to enhance performance and give it that angsty growl.

After years of working out of my double garage at home, it's finally time to upgrade the workshop to something bigger and better, a space that should last me for years to come. The double garage has served me well, but as my projects have grown, the need for a larger, more equipped space has become undeniable.

The search for the perfect space wasn't easy. After what felt like an eternity of looking at potential sites, I finally found a place that seemed perfect. However, it needs a lot of work to make it usable for rebuilding cars.

Now I have finally rebuilt and tested my BMW X3M, upgrading it along the way with Littco hybrid turbos and a flex fuel sensor from DRW Performance. These enhancements mean we can run an ethanol-rich fuel mixture, which in turn delivers significantly more power. The effort, time, and precision invested in this rebuild have truly transformed the X3M into a high-performance beast.

With the car now fully prepped and tested, it's time to see how our hard work pays off. We'll be putting the X3M through its paces at the drag strip, lining it up against some of the fastest cars in the world. This is the moment where we can really evaluate the success of our build, not just on paper, but in real-world performance. The thrill of the competition, the roar of the engines, and the adrenaline of the race will all come together to test every upgrade and modification we've made. I can't wait to see how our upgraded X3M stands up to the challenge and proves its mettle on the track.

After taking the plunge and making one of the biggest risks in my career, I decided to purchase a £10,000 AMG GT Black Series body kit from Temu instead of paying £155,000 for the genuine Mercedes body kit. This decision was driven by my desire of transforming my AMG GT into a Black Series replica without bankrupting myself. Despite the significant cost savings, I’m still praying that the quality of these replica parts will be up to scratch...

In this video, we're going to tackle the complete installation of the entire body kit. Each component, from the front splitter and side skirts to the rear diffuser and wing, needs to be installed with precision. This painstaking process is crucial to achieving the seamless look that the Black Series is known for.

I have always loved the Mercedes AMG GT Black Series, but realistically, but it is probably a car that I will never be able to afford. The allure of its powerful performance, stunning design, and cutting-edge technology has always captivated me. However, the hefty price tag makes it a distant dream. So, when I bought my AMG GT from Copart Salvage Auction, I knew exactly what I had to do to get as close as possible to my dream car.

My goal was clear: transform my standard AMG GT into a Black Series replica. But with the price of the genuine Black Series body kit being near to the cost of a house in the UK, buying authentic parts was not an option. The cost of the original Black Series parts is exorbitant, and it simply wasn't feasible to go that route. Instead, I decided to take a more creative and budget-friendly approach to achieve the transformation.

We are nearing the point of a complete strip down on my wrecked Mercedes AMG GT, meaning there is almost nothing left to remove before we can start reassembling it and getting it ready to hit the road. However, there is still one major task remaining: the roof.

This particular Mercedes AMG GT has a glass panoramic roof. Unfortunately, this roof was smashed by bricks during the accident, leaving us with the challenging task of replacing it. Replacing a panoramic roof is no small feat, especially considering that it is a job I have never done before.

In this video, we need to break down all of the last bits stopping my wrecked Mercedes AMG GT from being driveable, and believe me, there is a lot to tackle. From issues with the bodywork to problems with the interior, and many more challenges in between, we have a significant amount of work ahead of us before this car is road worthy.

First, we address the various bodywork problems. This involves not only repairing and replacing damaged panels but also ensuring that everything aligns perfectly to restore the car's sleek appearance and aerodynamic efficiency.

Next, we turn our attention to the interior. The damage here is extensive, affecting everything from the dashboard and seats to the intricate electronic systems that control the car's many features. We'll have to carefully dismantle parts of the interior, replace damaged components, and ensure that all the electronics are functioning correctly.

In addition to the bodywork and interior, there are numerous other issues we need to address. These range from mechanical problems to electrical faults that have arisen from the crash.

Once all these issues are resolved, we can finally start fitting the body panels back onto the car. This is a significant milestone in the restoration process, marking the point where the Mercedes AMG GT starts to look like its old self again. With the body panels in place, we can then move on to the final stages of making the car drivable.
