Title: Client Service Associate (Night Shift)

Responsibilities
•Develops strong relationships with clients through total immersion in their business.
•Writes/helps to write, under the guidance of the Account Supervisor, on point Creative briefs laying a strong foundation for breakthrough creative.
•Works cross-departmentally (Creative, Production, Project Management, etc.) on campaign development, helping to ensure projects are executed with precision, timeliness, and attention to detail; knows how and when to involve senior account team members and other departments/ stakeholders.
•Helps to create and provide post-campaign (s)results presentations.
•Implements tactical plans and daily program ex*****on to accomplish delivery of integrated client advertising campaigns under the guidance of senior account team members.
•Participates in face-to-face client meetings and status calls.
•Engages with clients on tactical initiatives under the guidance of senior account team members.
•Maintains various internal and client facing reports.
•Provides competitive and market research as assigned.
•Assists team in resolving potential administrative issues (billing, estimates, etc.) as directed by senior account team members.
•Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent
•2+ years of experience in relevant field

Job Title: Creative Manager
Responsibilities

•Distill abstract business concepts and client needs into refined, elegant creative solutions.
•Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work under them.
•Pitch ideas confidently and present their creative vision clearly to clients, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of their creative team.
•Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients' requirements
•Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
•Have strong supervisory, people management, and leadership skills in order to lead and inspire, hire, develop, and oversee their creative team.
•Ensure that all of the organization's or client's creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
•Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
•Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
•Two or more years of Creative Manager experience.
•Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development.
•Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and determine a creative vision that matches client briefs.
•Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.

Graphic Designer

Job Duties:

• Briefs & Ideation: Taking Briefs, Studying & Determining the requirements, Researching on Client Brands and Past Campaigns, Coming up with ideas
• Conceptualize and Prepare Presentations: Prepare presentations and incorporate tools that are best suited to present the ideas.
• Design & Copy: Designing supporting visuals, illustrations and selling them in a convincing way as part of your presentation to clients
• Presentation: Presentation of your ideas offline (in person) and online.
• Ex*****on Support: Taking creative lead in terms of ex*****on of approved projects and ensuring that delivered items are as per commitment and ideation.
• Follow-ups: Taking up follow-ups and ensuring 100% flow of communication between all parties involved. Also, on-ground and off-ground follow-ups on assigned work.
• Maintaining Synergy: You are expected to maintain a synergy, in terms of content creation, creativity, strategy building, direction setting.
• Learning & Initiatives: Learning new software, techniques and researching to improve ideation and presentation of your ideas, proposals and otherwise.
• Ensuring Client/Account Health: Make sure that clients are retained and are given services beyond what we can offer for now.
• Teamwork: Take on the responsibility of other team members as well, in order to facilitate meeting deadlines and delivering quality work to clients.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
• 3+ years of creative design experience
• Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of after effects and premiere pro is a plus
• Strong typography skills
