Before picking an agency to hand off your social media to, it can be helpful to know the process & steps to come:
Step 1: Onboarding
We typically start with a discovery call to make sure we are a good fit for your goals and needs. From there, we will send a custom proposal to fit your budget. Once that is confirmed, we send the contract and invoice, both of which need to be signed and paid to reserve your spot.
Step 2: Audit & Research
Once our contract begins, we will send you a questionnaire about branding, competitors, etc. We then spend the first week focusing on auditing your current accounts and performing market research to help us create a content strategy.
Step 3: Content Creation
Once the strategy is created, we dive deep into Content Creation for Month 1. This includes creating graphics, collecting content, writing captions, hashtags, etc. Once the content for the month has been built out, we send it to the client for edits & approval.
Step 4: Approval & Schedule
The Last step each month is for the client to send any edit requests. We will make those changes until you are happy with the posts for the month and then approve the content.
Step 5: Posting
Throughout the month, we will post everything directly through your account, along with any agreed-upon engagement and responding to DMs and Comments!
Step 6: Analytics
At the end of each month, we put together an analytics report that reviews all content and results from the previous month and explains how we will use that information to move forward with the next month.
