There are about 44,000 Filipinos in Montreal by 2016, making it the 6th city with largest Filipino communties. Ever since pandemic, the growth of the community has become very evident.

With the changes and flexibility in the immigration laws and Canada’s aim to unify families, more and more Filipinos are settling in Montreal, of all the cities in the province in Quebec. Why do Filipinos choose to build their new lives in Montreal rather than other Quebec cities or other provinces?
