I rarely post on Facebook, but Trugoy the Dove from the absolutely wonderful Dela Soul has died.

Sadly, they have recently won back the rights to all of their music, and it was set to be released on March 3rd on all platforms and on Vinyl and CD.

Dela Soul is up there with the Beastie Boys for making some of the most important sampling albums ever. They are hip-hop royalty. Poets of positivity. And, at 54 years of age, this is too young.

If you don't know Dela Soul, spend some time on Youtube and enjoy some of the grooviest grooves and some of the best rhymes in hip-hop history.
