👇 Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup finely diced onion
1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 ½ cups 2% milk
⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 pinch cayenne pepper

How to Cook:
Melt butter with olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat
Pour milk into ground beef mixture and bring to a simmer
Raise heat to medium high and pour white wine into ground beef mixture
