Just like that, it's Christmas time already.
Man, has the year flown by.

We didn't put out near as many episodes as we wanted or planned to, life gets in the way! Next year....

With that, we want to wish all of you, from all of us a very Merry Christmas and at this rate, we might as well say Happy New Year too!

Ever find this kind of bu****it??

Found this guy yesterday on a jaunt in the woods, not at all what you want to find.

This s**t is what gives hunters a bad name.
Ok, if it was September and +30°c maybe you made a bad shot and didn't find it for a couple days.... well that's a different story.
This is fresh. No meat even eaten off it yet, and with wolves, cats and coyotes in the area.... I'd say it's less than 24hrs old.

Kinda wishing we were back here in the colors of fall, chasing big ol stinkin bull moose.
But.... we're stuck in the limbo of "is it fall, is it winter" cause mother nature's drunk AF and still remains unsure as we approach December.

Craig's dealing with another hunter after his mule deer - sounds like a game of "May the best man win"

Bryan's tagged his wt already and Dylan and Craig are in a bet for first blood and biggest deer.

This seasons getting interesting. Gonna end up like a TV reality show at this rate.

Tip. If you're in a rush to get to the stand.... take 10 seconds and check your feet.

Although comfortable on a daily basis... Craig's feet got a little chilly the other night when he forgot what boots he needed to wear in the stand.

Archives update!

We are in scouting mode. Big time. Whether it's staring at our phones watching our camera alerts, (hate to know how many cameras we have out there.) Walking through mosquito land grabbing cards or fighting with camera service, or staring through a lens of any one of our .canada optics up hills, down Valleys or across fields.

Craig's out looking for deer, Dylan and Bryan are up in the hills at elk camp with and the crew.

Views like this are hard to come by.
Wake up one day, find a dream bull, start hiking it out only to realize it's getting dark, and you should probably setup camp quick....and wake-up with a few inches of snow.

Perfect for photos. Not so perfect for a pack out.

With Dylan busy, Craig on a hiatus and not having a clue where Bryan is lol, it has taken us awhile to bring you the news that we have joined forces with and we are absolutely stoked.

Nick has been Craig's taxidermist for the last 3 years and has done some outstanding work by changing some of Craig's TERRIBLE knife work into things of beauty. (I remember the photos he sent me and was nervous that he ruined his hides.... he did, but with a hope, a prayer and some amazing skill, Nick fixed it, somehow...)

Nick has been behind the knife for the last decade, and has been running Lone Wolf Taxidermy for the last 4 years in Speice Grove, Alberta.

We are jacked, he's excited and we're ready to bring you some cool stuff!
