『如何不用烤爐來烹煮普儸旺斯雜燴How To Cook Ratatouille Without Oven』

我超喜歡《料理鼠王》Ratatouille裏Remy做美食評論傢的那一道Carousel Ratatouille，一直很好奇到底是什麽味道，查了一下才發現原來是一道需要烤箱的法國家常菜，可是我家裏沒有烤爐。。。
今天就來挑戰不用烤箱來烹煮Ratatouille（中文：普儸旺斯雜燴），英文應該叫"Provence Stew Veggie"吧？？我亂編的。
煮出來有點焦，可能是我在底部撒上蒜茸，還有溫度和時間的問題，要看食譜的，請看下面哦！

《普儸旺斯雜燴》Ratatouille食譜：
-節瓜 Zucchini/ Courgette
-茄子 Aubergine/ Eggplant
-番茄 Tomato
-糖 Sugar
-鹽 Salt
-橄欖油 Virgin Olive Oil
-香料 Herbs (可以是迷叠香之類，看個人喜好)

做法：
１。把一顆番茄切丁，加入少許糖打成汁。
２。把節瓜／茄子／番茄削成片（食材可以自行搭配，這是傳統的顔色和材料）。
３。把平底鍋子底部均勻凃上一層橄欖油。
４。將番茄汁均勻塗抹在鍋底。
５。把切成片的節瓜／茄子／番茄依序擺入鍋底。
６。淋上橄欖油，撒上少許鹽和香料／胡椒調味。
７。蓋上鍋蓋用１８０度－２００度燜煮２５分鐘。
８。可以吃啦！！！
*食材可以自行選擇，主要是顔色好看～哈哈

Significance Behind Joker

小丑Joker毋庸置疑是2019最棒的電影之一，Joaquin Phoenix那細微至令人驚嘆的面部表情通過細緻的肌肉抖動將角色的情緒與內心想法，透過近距離鏡頭傳達到觀眾的心裡，著實令人大豎拇指的表演這是贊不絕口。
把鏡頭拉回整部電影的大局，電影背後有著更深層的意義，反映了現實社會對邊緣人和心理疾病的忽視與不屑。
Nonetheless, "Joker" by Todd Philips is definitely one of the best movie in 2019, the actor Joaquin Phoenix amazed the audience through the delicate movements of his facial expression, punching the emotion inches by inches right into everyone's heart.
The movie's like a mirror, reflecting the cornered group of people in this society, and the psychological illness that we neglected.

最近我弟把家裏舊的電腦桌拆了，看著這些板突然腦子有了主意 ，何不把它們再利用呢？
整個時長用了6個小時，至於爲什麼徒手呢？因爲。。。（我沒有電鑽）。
中間打快的部分快了整整10倍，打快了之後我感覺和普通的速度沒有什麼差。（雖然有閃電俠在工作的感覺）
之後這一張沙發應該就是我的視頻的道具啦！

My brother dissected the 10 years old pc desk, some ideas popped into my mind, why not recycle them into a furniture instead of throwing away as garbage?
The whole process took me 6 hours plus in real time, why am I doing it purely in handcrafted? (In fact I don't have electrical drill)
The speed up section is 10 times faster than normal, I can't see the difference as the action is not obvious, but I do feel like Barry Allen.
This will be the props for my upcoming videos!

香港返送中遊行已經持續了3個多月，每天都有來自不同方面的片段報道著警民衝突的暴力事件不斷升溫。一開始看到這遊行示威的新聞後，我沒什麼關注事件的發展，直到我看到了831太子站的一段速龍小隊衝入地鐵打人的視頻。
網上有不少的流言，不少扭曲事實真相的報導和斷章取義的新聞。
身站在第三者的角度看這局勢，這樣的情況持續下去到底應該怎麼收拾？
本人僅將不同角度，不同立場的聲音壓縮剪輯進了這支視頻裏，當中無可避免的遺漏了不少畫面，但這視頻的目的是為了讓人們反思，無論你是支持反對甚至是中立人士，請退後一步看清整個局面，再回想自己對這事件做的行為是否有幫助。

I hardly pay attention to the development of the incidents, but a video of Special Tactical Squad chasing protesters in a subway platform caught my eyes.
Rumours, fake news flooded every social platform, twisted facts was reported and it's hard to get legit truth from various aspects.
This video is for you to take a step backwards, to analyse and understand the situation clearly.
