Real Talk With Ronnie

Last month, I had the immense honor of graduating from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs Columbia | SIPA where I received my Master of Public Administration graduate degree. This has been a lifelong dream of mine and I could not have accomplished this goal without the help, love and support of my family and friends.

This past year has been challenging, rigorous but also enlightening and extremely humbling. Our small inaugural cohort (27 in total) consisted of the best and brightest from around the world (I was the exception 😂) and it truly has been a privilege to learn from all my amazing classmates and colleagues— but even more amazing to call them my friends.

Thank you to Beatriz Guillen and company for creating such a stellar program. Lastly, a big shout out to all my distinguished professors and mentors and our program director, Mauricio Cárdenas, who I am looking forward to calling the next President of Colombia in the coming years!

Onward and upward! Time to change the world— for the better!

Had the honor of meeting with 2016 Nobel Peace Prize Winner and former President of Colombia Juan Manuel Santos tonight for a thought provoking discussion on his groundbreaking peace deal with FARC, the drug crisis in Latin America and his time in office. Truly a remarkable individual and leader. 🇨🇴 🇺🇸🙌💯
