Wrote down some of the most important things I wished I would’ve prioritized when I first started training.

These lessons goes beyond working out. I can pretty much take these key things into any sport and it’ll still hold true.

If you are starting a sport or starting your fitness journey, I hope you can learn from these lessons.

Morning thoughts 💭

Saw a video of giving her perspective on how successful people get what they want. She said most people don’t get what they want because they don’t really know what they want and that as soon as they figure that out and align their life to that vision, then it will become clear.

Here’s my attempt at writing down what I believe it is that I want in life.
