In my health journey, I'm truly more focused on my mental& spiritual. My physical will follow a peaceful mind & spirit. I will restart as often as I need to. Worry & anxiety won't exist with me. It shows up, yes, but I return to sender. I have God, there's no need for those two.

When our desires collide with what God Wills, it can be painful. Tears may fall, disappointments and hurts and even offenses will come. Only increase your faith in God. Don't change your relationship with God through Christ. Things will still work out. ALL things will work together for your good for them that love God & are called according to His purpose. You may want to faint but don't. Let God carry you through. Day by day. Know that God watches over us and knows what it takes to pull out our best selves and show unbelievers that He is real through our lives. Stay the course. You will see greater later if you're looking for it. I am. Love & light yall. ✌️
