Assalam u aliakum Family & Friends!!
I hope everyone is doing great,
I am posting these pictures not because I want to show off my body here but only because I want to motivate every single one of you.
Guys trust me there were days in my life when I used to hate looking at myself in the mirror. When I would go to the gym and see other people and how fit they looked I always wished I had a body like them. There were times I would feel so low in my life and wanted to give up on my fitness journey because i would see no changes in my body and I had to deal with people trying to discourage me. If you want to make changes in your life you have to push yourself, nobody else is going to do that for you.
Sadly in this world there are people with a negative mindset and they will try to discourage you when you are trying to achieve something. Consider yourself lucky if you have people in your life who try to encourage you on your journey to achieving your dreams.
So be confident & believe in yourself. You can achieve anything if you set your mind and heart on it. Work for it and have faith in Allah because he is the only one who is watching you and he will reward you soon inshAllah.
Also try to workout at least 30 to 45 mins a day which is only about 4% of your day. Take that time out for yourself so you can change your life for the better.
Taking care of your health means you love yourself and your family and you want to take care of them and live happily with them.
If anybody needs any fitness related advise feel free to ask i would love to help.

Assalam u Aliakum FAMILY AND FRIENDS !!!

I am writing this post to motivate and encourage as many people as I can including myself.

“THE GREATEST WEALTH IS HEALTH.”

The first picture is me during the worst shape of my life. My weight during that time was 265lbs (120kg).

I was working 18 to 20 hours a day which was stressful on me. It led to bad eating habits and I had no time to exercise. I let myself go completely, and during that time I saw myself in the mirror and I couldn’t stand to look at myself. Right that moment I made a promise to myself that I would change my lifestyle around and become healthy so I can take care of myself and my family better.

Long story short I am now 217lbs (98kg). In total I have lost 48lbs (22kg) and I will keep going until I reach my goal of 190lbs (86kg). I have come to enjoy exercising because it helps me with a lot of things such as my physical , mental and emotional state.

The main reason I am writing this is because I have created a page where I can share helpful tips regarding fitness and I will also include workout videos and healthy cooking recipes.

I am also working on putting together a YouTube channel where I will be sharing majority of this stuff. When that becomes available I will share it with everybody.

I would appreciate it if my family and friends share my page so others can see it as well.

Remember guys “ take care of your body it’s the only place you have to live in.”
