You guys….. my book is almost complete!!!! I never envisioned myself ever writing a book and publishing it to share with the world but I am so beyond excited to bring this story to life for you guys!
I wrote this book for the individual out there who has struggled or is struggling with bipolar disorder.
I wrote this book for the individual whose life has been touched or impacted in some way or form by bipolar disorder.
I hold NOTHING back in my story here for you guys. I do this to show a complete and accurate picture of what my experiences were like with the struggles I faced with my mental health.
I detail the good, the bad, the ugly, the traumas and all of the hard but so-worth-it steps I took to come out of that dark place.
My hope is that you read my book and walk away armed with the tools to SHATTER the stigma (if you struggle with it like I once did), CONQUER the obstacles you face and how to start to CRAFT the life you have always wanted to live but never thought could be possible.
More details on my book and my book launch coming soon ❤️📚
Celebrate your progress no matter what stage you are in. All it truly takes is the right mindset, determination, discipline and consistency. Combine all of this with the results or goal you would like to achieve and progress will present itself. 🙏
My goal (in terms of health and wellness) was simple. I just wanted to feel good again. I wanted to learn to love my body. I wanted to learn to properly nourish and fuel my body. I wanted to learn how to take care of myself in a healthy, simple yet sustainable way.
I was tired of always being tired, overwhelmed and stressed out every time I tried to think of how I would prioritize my health.
3 years ago I was introduced to a community and program that provided me with the support, accountability and system I was searching for.
I was done with making excuses. I was done with sitting there and thinking that maybe one day things would change. I was ready to actually take the steps to make the change happen myself.
If you are someone who is looking to learn simple and sustainable health practices to implement into your routine then head over to the link in my bio and complete the “healthy habits coaching” application and I would love to see how I can be of service to you. 🙏❤️

Hello everyone! Welcome to episode #5 of my “Wellness Wednesday” series! This week I’m chatting all about a few tips and tricks that I never learned in school but have added serious value to my life! I cover:
✅ Self-love tip: write a letter to your younger self where you celebrate yourself and how far you have come!
✅ The value of mistakes: I used to look at mistakes as such bad things to be avoided (ok’d perfectionist in me). But, mistakes have actually allowed me to grow in ways I would have never been able to! There are lessons you can pull from mistakes to help you when moving forward!
✅ The Power of the Morning Routine: if you guys haven’t tuned into the latest episode of my podcast where my guest, @a_splashofash, broke down her morning routine…. You really should! She is the QUEEN of the morning routine and shares all the ways her routine has added value to her life!

✅ So excited to share a bit about the beautiful community a friend and I started this week. We created an online community and space for women diagnosed with bipolar disorder to come together to share tips, their stories and be a supportive outlet! How to Think Unbroken
Happy Monday guys! I am so overjoyed right now to share what this week’s focus is all about..... THINKING UNBROKEN!
What comes to mind when you hear the words “think unbroken?” Thinking unbroken to me looks like mastering your mind and your mindset. It means overcoming past traumas and feeling hopeful again and ready to make a difference for others. But what does that look like?
Well, thankfully, my awesome guest Michael is here to break this all down for us. Michael is an author, international speaker, coach, podcaster, advocate for adult survivors of childhood trauma and the founder of Think Unbroken. Michael shares with me the meaning and creative process behind Think Unbroken.
We get into:
✅ The importance of forming and maintaining powerful & effective daily habits
✅ Dealing with unresolved trauma
✅ The relationship our physical health has to our mental health
You guys do not want to miss out on Michael’s incredibly impactful and powerful story of how he went from living years of severe physical & psychological abuse to creating something to drastically change the lives of others. He used his story to fuel the reality he is now living and it is truly remarkable. Check it out by clicking the link in my bio ❤️
