One of our top questions we get asked is what’s your number one relationship tip. For us it doesn’t matter which culture you come from, if you don’t love yourself it makes it really hard to love your partner. Love yourself so you can love others more.

Some ways to love yourself:
1. Practice self care like going to bed early or taking a bath
2. Be kind to yourself
3. Forgive yourself for the past
4. Let go of old emotions
5. Learn about yourself
6. Connect with yourself on a spiritual level
7. Examine your boundaries especially during Scorpio season
