Today I walk through the most famous streets of Edinburgh, Victoria Street and Grassmarket. I got a chance to witness the Pride March and visit the local market setup across this city, especially during summer.

Summer's are special in Scotland. Everybody is out soaking under the sun and making most of it. Also many tourist visit here during summer. This is my first summer here and I really enjoy heading out.

This felt like I am on Titanic Ship. I have shared my experience of visiting Royal Yacht Britannia. It was a floating palace that served as the home away from home for the Queen and her family for over 40 years. She traveled more than a million nautical miles, visiting over 135 countries and hosting countless dignitaries.

Interestingly former Indian Prime Minister was also once a guest on this Ship.Today, the Royal Yacht Britannia is a popular tourist attraction in Edinburgh, Scotland. I was able explore her stately interiors, learn about her role in British diplomacy, and see how she's been transformed into a museum.

If you're interested in history, royal families, or simply beautiful ships, then the Royal Yacht Britannia is a must-visit. I felt like I was in Titanic.

Namaskara Internet, I visited the Annual Chruch Feast at Shriva, Udupi. Some fun in a Village of Udupi. Some things about Village Fair I like the most are street food, Bangles, rides and colourful lighting in the evenings. Have you been to a fair like this? If yes, then what do like most about it?

My new video after long time! I am at Kaup beach and lighthouse in Udupi. This is perfect picnic spot and must visit place if you are in Udupi-Mangaluru.

I headed to Kapu beach late in the evening and enjoyed sunset. Also tasted my childhood favourite snack Charmuri and Ice Gola. I have shared all the things you can do here with your family and friends.

Simple and Easy chicken burger recipe in kannada. Make your home cooking exciting!

My simple ingredients.

Burger Buns - 3 buns
Chicken Breast - 200 gms
Onion (sliced) - 3 slices
Tomato (sliced) - 3 slices
Onion (chopped) - 1/2 onion
Green Chilly (chopped) - 2 chillies
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Corn Flour - 5 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup
Mustard Paste
Salt as per Taste
Cooking Oil

Halasina hannina kadubu (Kannada), Pelata Gatti/gidde(Tulu), Ponsa Muddo(Konkani) is a sweet idli like dish made with Jackfruit. Check this simple recipe passed on from my mom. Its very commonly made during summer, when jackfruit is available. Authentically, in South Kanara these Idlis are steamed on Teak Tree leaves (Tekkida ere), which gives an amazing colour and flavour to them.
