New episode of Running Divine Podcast drops today!!!

Featuring a certified holistic nutritionist and precision level 2 coach who helps competitive athletes simplify their fuelling plan.

My biggest take aways from speaking with Melissa

🔸️"Be the athlete who eats to train and compete hard, not get skinny"

🔸️If you training regularly = 'you are an athlete'

🔸️You don't need to eliminate any of your favorite foods to be successful. All food can fit into your diet as an athlete

Let know what resonates with you!

Do you think of yourself as an athlete?

Do you struggle with nutrition and race day
fuelling?

Is anyone else watching Eco Challenge Fiji? I managed to binge watch over two days! I interviewed Jen Segger last year about her extensive experience adventure racing around the globe. Episode is available on iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher and all the podcast platforms.
Have you done an adventure race? I have never done one, watching Eco Challenge the ropes course and scaling that waterfall would be the end for me, I have a pretty extreme fear of heights.

Jen Segger: Jen drops some serious knowledge from her twenty + years competing globally in endurance adventures.

New episode of Running Divine Podcast!

George Brown is 67 and lives in Houston, Texas. He has been running since the 1970's and ran his first marathon in Japan when he was a US Marine. Since then he has completed over 50 marathons and completed the Trans Rockies a 120 mile six day stage race. We chat about maintaining longevity in the sport, embracing and enjoying running at the front, mid or back of the pack. I met George at the Transelkirks Stage Race in 2018 and he has become a dear friend and always makes me laugh out loud. It was so great to reconnect with him and learn more about his story.
