Today I say to the power of determination, resilience, and belief in oneself. When I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey, I knew that I lacked financial resources, but I recognized that my knowledge was an invaluable investment. I was ready to work every ounce of it into my company, and together with my partner, we embraced the challenge.

We took charge of every aspect of our business. We became the designers, the marketers, and the salespeople. We went into the depths of market research, mastering the art of copywriting, learning the techniques of ads management, and whatnot. we knew that success required dedication, hard work, and an unyielding will to pursue our dreams.

My founder's advice is that no matter how many struggles you face, there is always a way to accomplish your goals. Embrace the spirit of experimentation, daring to try different things, different strategies, and different ideas when you fail. You never know which one will lead you to success. Embrace failure as a necessary part of the journey

Today, let us remember that our failures have become the foundation of our identity. They have taught us invaluable lessons. It is through the crucible of failure that we have discovered the route to better success.

Here's how it works:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ INTEREST: is always tracking what content you engage with most! It learns what you're interested in and shows you more of those types of posts!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣ RECENCY: While Instagram doesn't show posts in chronological order anymore, recency still matters! Instagram posts have a lifespan of about 48 hours, which means only posts within that timeline are likely to show up on your feed.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3️⃣ RELATIONSHIP: How often you interact with certain accounts also has an effect on the algorithm. If you regularly comment and like posts on a certain account, you're more likely to see their posts!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4️⃣ FREQUENCY: AKA how often you open Instagram. The algorithm wants to continually show you the best posts since your last visit.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5️⃣ FOLLOWING: If you follow a lot of people, IG will be picking from a wider breadth of authors so you might see less of any one specific person. (We don’t do this, but we’re definitely going to start).

6️⃣ USAGE: How long you spend on IG determines the types of posts you'll see. If you're on Instagram for a short session, you'll likely see the most relevant posts for you. If you're on Instagram for a longer session, you're more likely to see content that IG thinks is less relevant to you.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Running a biz is a total rollercoaster of emotions 🛼

It's not all that Instagram makes it seem to be: cute aesthetic feeds and celebrating milestones almost every day.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There are a lot of tears, frustration, and moments where you might think “I'd go back to my old job” or moments where you will question what the heck you’re doing or if you were even ready for this…

But here's the thing about "being ready"... 🥺
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You can never be 100% confident that the timing is right to start your new business or side hustle.💪🏼⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That “perfect time” will never come because we are wired to worry, doubt ourselves, and always want to be better.

But be comforted in the fact that every single business owner has felt that exact way and you are not alone.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The important thing is to just start and make progress. No matter how small the step. Stop waiting for the perfect timing... and put your magic out into the world. ✨⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I took the leap, & I’m so happy that I did. I studied more about the field, I took online classes, and even spoke to people who have been in the field for years.
I’m still not there yet, but I’m definitely ahead of where I was yesterday, & I’m totally happy with that ❤️
