When you can't bring yourself to dispose of the wine you couldn't finish from the day before.. You improvise.
Coq au vin, to be served with Basmati rice that's currently in process. One of the pros of teaching myself French, is being able to translate authentic French recipes that I stumble across. I'm just missing the bacon since my daughter is not eating pork at this time. It still turned out *chef's kiss*
Next time I am going to spread this out over 3 days and see how the flavors unfold. But babbbyyyy this is so goooood 🤤
