Some more success this year from the team. Andy and Bill were both able to take nice bucks. Bill took his best buck to date that scores pope and young in the 130s.

This past weekend was youth gun season in Ohio. I had the opportunity to take one of my nephews (Landon) out for a hunt. We were able to hunt w some of our friends Bill and Wyatt. Both young hunters have been successful before. Both made the decision to pass up on the young deer that had come by. I was proud to see both of them show restraint and make those kind of decisions. Meanwhile Andy and Bodie hunted the family farm. Bodie was able to get it done by bagging his biggest buck to date!

Our good buddy Bill decided to go on a meat hunt. He wasn't opposed to shooting a buck if one walked by but his focus was his freezer. Congratulations Bill on your early season doe. We do have film that we will drop later.

A successful opening day here in Ohio. Just a nice 8pt buck. Watched him spar with 2 other bucks, rub on a tree and after about a half hour of watching him he came to around 15 yards and offered up a broadside shot!
