The grandparents were able to watch the kids a lot this weekend so I was able to do some touch up paint around the house and then Joe and I hung our family photos. Iām so happy with how it turned out (especially since I didnāt need to buy new ones).

New Orleans owes us nothing. It was great to get away. I always feel like the city is great for a long weekend thatās guaranteed for good music, food and southern company. Weāre back at home and a little lazy today but plan to celebrate Juneteenth with my family in a few hours.

I LOVE bouquets around my house. If I had to pick Starbucks over a bouquet it would be flowers. The boys bought me this bouquet to kick off Motherās Day. āš¾ dates in one day! What are the odds. One of the best parts of living in the DMV (DC, Maryland, VA) is that on any given day you can be in all 3! Started our date in DC and ending it in Baltimore. We even did a wardrobe change!

Happy Friday Frienrs! We are getting ready to put the boys to bed and finalize the last of what is our Disney agenda. Itās been a year of organizing and weāre almost at the finish line! Weāll be enjoying the remaining of our charcuterie board from the other day. Itāll be the last weekend weāre free before our trip.

May the 4th be with you! We are almost 2 weeks away from our Disney trip! I cannot believe I have been planning this trip for almost a year. Weāll be partaking in Disneyās VIP Tour that allows us to be the first on every ride. Why is this huge? Because Rise of the Resistance requires a queue to ride. Weāll have the opportunity to ride it once without entering the lottery or waiting in line! We cannot wait! These photos were taken during our anniversary a year ago (Yes we went just the 2 of us for a date weekend š)
Some fun things weāll be doing Galaxyās Edge are Droid Depot, Rise of the Resistance, and drinking lots of blue milk (You can spike it or partake in a virgin option)!

Weāre in š©µ with our fireplace from . We switched a few other items around to break up all the blue in this space (weāve had some conversation about coming changes to make that happen). Joe plans to remove the baseboard behind the fireplace and caulk the mantle so it looks apart of the room. Weāre looking forward to hanging our stockings on this mantle at the end of the year.
