Father, thank You for the opportunity to have a new start. Too many times, we have strayed from our relationship with You. In times of distress and worry, we chose to try and handle things on our own. Moments of frustration, anger, and sadness have flooded our bodies. In those conflicting times, we choose to stay away from You. We neglected to seek Your help. Father, forgive us. You are the way, the truth, and the light. We ask You once again to guide us on the path to a new start in life. Please cover us with Your love, protection, and mercy. Please allow us to show Your love to others as we begin a new month. Thank You, Father, for Your love and forgiveness. Thank You for searching and finding us again. (Deuteronomy 31:8) Thank You for never leaving us alone. Amen.
