There was a ton of fun to be had at CFR 48 this year! Congratulations to our friends who hit amazing milestones wether it was setting CFR records, or just making it to their first Canadian Finals - we are so proud and lucky to be able to watch you do your thing!

Happy everyone! I know you are all expecting a video here… but my editing app just isn’t working. Videos aren’t sharing and things are taking FOREVER to upload. So we’re just going to take a video break and I am going to share a photo of this Nashville hot chicken sandwich instead…

But the truth is… this recipe sucked. My breading was too thin, my chicken was undercooked, my video was a little to the right and not everything got in there. But I did it anyway, and worked through what went wrong to create a dish Logan and I LOVED. It ended up being delicious.

Let that be a reminder to all of you when you feel like a recipe is just not going your way - keep going! Sometimes a burnt piece of meat or a sauce that was too thin might end up being exactly what you need.
