Do they feel like we do?
Can we see them for how we see you?

Would we then treat them the way we do now?
Do you see through the cow?
When I first came across the toxic foam of rivers up north, I was saddened by the state of it. Now that I see a sentient being in it, I'm even more deeply sadder. I started off with the colors, then the figures and then the foam.
And ik it's a bull...

This is how I'm trying to have a Minimal waste plant based meal.
On most days when I've forgotten to pack lunch, I'll carry an extra dabba to store food.
So I don't have to use extra plastic baggies to carry food. 😊😀

Our investigations into dairy farms have exposed how it is a common practice to either sell cows and buffaloes to slaughterhouses once their milk production reduces or stops and in few cases they are abandoned and therefore living on the roads and eating out of garbage.
Such is the plight of the dairy animals, they are impregnated, used, abused and left to suffer a painful death! Say NO to dairy!

I was so excited to have some vegan stuff Cafe Coffee Day] 's CST outlet but they didn't have any. Was super bummed :( .

I brought this watermelon granita instead because it was the only stuff that I didn't find cow's milk in. Note, I was also getting late to catch a train 🚆

Please Tag Cafe Coffee Day] in the comments and mention that they should have vegan alternatives present in all of their outlets, not only on their menu. Thank you ❤️💓

Hey Everyone!

This let’s start small but let’s start something and somewhere. Your individual efforts might just be the thing that can help save this planet from its ultimate doom.t

let’s start by growing native plants. we might not be able to enjoy the fruits but it sure will leave the earth better than we found it.

Eating a plant-based diet is the single biggest way to reduce your carbon footprint! Not just greenhouse gases, but global acidification, eutrophication, land use, and water use too, plus you’ll be saving a life of an animal

If you want to save soil, a good way to start would be not creating more landfills than the ones that already exist. So many of us end up contributing more to the growing landfills just because we don’t segregate our waste. we need to create more sustainable habits to ensure the future of this planet.

Another way you can save landfills is by composting your and putting it to good use. And there are so many fun ways to compost now, you can even compost your waste in a small bucket as I did.

Comment if you have any questions or doubts (✿^‿^)

Where do all animal products come from?
Why did we ever think it was normal to eat ovaries and babies?
Why do we drink cow's breast milk beyond infancy even after we drank human milk?
Are we baby cows?
Aren't eggs ovaries?
How are we not able to question the absurdity of it all⁉️
These and many more questions kept me up at night
The only right thing to do was to Go Vegan
If you want help going Vegan, Comment, "I want to go vegan" or check the link in Bio.
There are many resources that are helpful
Personally I found
Very helpful
So what are ya waiting for?

It's one of those rare, exciting and beautiful days to see a sky so clear and blue, when the Air is clean and the AQI is excellent!

Tell me how often do you see clear blue skies? Or is just hazy most of the times when it's not raining?

The pandemic already showed us the effects of not having so many of us on the road and transport. The air quality was so good back then..

It's time we rethink our actions and it's effects it has on the environment

Everything You Make returns to the Earth as FOOD or POISON
here's just a small guide to get you started!
To make your compost pile you essentially need 🟫BROWNS and 🟩GREENS

🟫Browns: cocopeat, DRIED leaves, (carbon rich ingredients)
🟩Greens : vegetable scraps, fruit peels, kitchen waste (nitrogen rich ingredients)

➡️Steps to Making your own compost bin:

1️⃣Get a bucket with a lid that goes on tightly.
2️⃣Drill small holes all over the bucket, on the lid , and 4 at the bottom for drainage so that air can pass for aerobic digestion.
3️⃣Leave some undrilled portion at the bottom side of the bucket.
4️⃣Get some coco peat, make it wet , put it as your bottom layer
5️⃣Add some vegetable and fruit peels for starters.
6️⃣Add another layer of cocopeat.
7️⃣Alternate these layers until your bin is full.
8️⃣Make sure you close it.
9️⃣Once your bin is full, wait for 45 days for your compost to form.

There you go!

A few precautions to take:
1️⃣If you don’t have microbial cocopeat, add microbes by adding a little butter milk or dosa batter water as it is fermented, a little.
2️⃣Don’t put too much or too little coco peat into it.
3️⃣Keep checking the moisture content of your compost pile.
4️⃣If you suspect your compost pile is degrading anaerobically, drill some more holes for aeration.
