There is no testimony without a test. It's not that all the years David's spent in the bush with his father's little animals were in vain. Many times we tend to despise our humble beginning which are in reality the Lord's preparatory schools for the breakings before the making. I don't care what you are going through but i want you to pay attention to the following. David was a nobody, he was not counted in his father's house talk less of the nation of Israel. Just like some of you reading this. David had a CV that nobody else was aware of. He had learnt to play and sing good stuff, excellent stuff like some of you reading this post. He learnt to fight vicious animals like Lions and bears so that he would be ready to face his giant one day. Everyone has a giant and to avoid being humiliated by our giants the Lord puts us through a training process. Not much seems to be pleasant I'm talking of few or no friends. No money, no nothing except maybe skill or talent. This is the time to cultivate a deepening relationship with the one and only true God who is in the business of identifying his faithful ones from nowhere and put them somewhere where even if they like it or not their lives, influence, blessings etc are no longer a secret. I declare and declare that your testimony is on the way praise God.
