INGREDIENTS :
beetroot, ginger, lime, cucumber
DIRECTIONS:
Wash all your ingredients, peel the beetroot, ginger and cucumber and cut into pieces. NB: the cucumber is optional you can peel it or leave it like that. Put everything in a blender and add some water, blend till its smooth.
After blending you can you sieve it, also you can drink it like that depending on how you want it. When you put it in a cup like how you see in the picture below then you squeeze in your lime juice........
