These are my first three attempts at baking challah bread! Last month, when I expressed interest in learning to bake bread, one girl suggested I start with this beautiful braided loaf. So, I’m showing you my first three attempts. The first one was alright. Didn’t learn much because it was all so new but it turned out well. My second attempt, regardless of the nice photo, was simply a disaster. The dough was like liquid water and kneading it never happened even though I thought I was. And the last attempt looks nice, but I made four mistakes. I plan on continuing to make bread until I can become decent at it! I need to follow some bakers here on Insta!

Huntsville Comic Con was so much fun! I didn’t cosplay this year, but I met my first superstars! Including Steve from Blues Clues, Steve Downs (the voice of Master Chief), Tara Strong (voice of Twilight Sparkle, Timmy Turner, Bubbles, Raven, etc.), Roger Craig Smith (Sonic), the voice of L and Light from Death Note, and many more! I asked so many questions and got to hear some awesome perspectives from some talented people! I hope I get to go again next year!
