IT'S TIME TO NORMALIZE THESE:

1. Pag absent, absent ka. Wag mo isipin ang naiwang work mo. Kaya ka nag absent eh, kasi may reason ka not to work. You have other priorities for that day, whether for your rest, a special occasion, taking a break or having a vacation. Make the most out of your absence!

2. If you're sick, take a leave. Pag naka sick leave, REST! Hindi ka naman work from home but naka sick leave. HINDI KA ROBOT.

3. Remember, you are replaceable. Pag work, sa workplace lang yun. Hindi ka employee sa bahay mo. You're a loving parent, child, or spouse. YOU ARE MORE THAN JUST AN EMPLOYEE!

4. Promote Well-Being and Self-Care. Saying NO when the work is overwhelming is a form of self-care. DON'T GLORIFY OVERWORKING. WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER.

5. When we die, our positions will be filled again after few months, but the vacuum and void in our families and at our homes might be costly.

6. Take a break, magbakasyon, magtravel. HAVE A ME-TIME too.

⛰️ Tamad mag hike pero gusto ng malabunduking view? Edi dito kana sa Treasure Mountain pumunta! 2 hours away lang from Manila mga mima!

⛰️ Matutulog sa tent na puno ng stars sa gabi at gigising sa ganda ng sea of clouds . 😍 Grabe imagination ko lang to dati, na experience ko din ng real na real! ( Note: swertehan magpakita ang sea of clouds , so super swerte namen )

⛰️ At para naman sa mga thrillseekers like me, meron silang OBSTACLE COURSE that is really a must try activity!!! Iba yung saya at fullfilment . Worth it ang kaba at nginig sa tuhod . Its time to conquer your fear besy!

⛰️ Natry ko den iluto sa kawa! Yes may pa kawa bath beshy ! Haha

⛰️ My pa fallss den mga marecakes. Pero ang layo pag pupuntahan mo e, hiningal ako pabalik 🀣 sa sobrang gusto itry lahat eh!

⛰️ My restaurant mismo sa place, masasarap ang food! Sulit naman kahit medyo pricy.

⛰️ My pa bonfire sa gabi pero di namen nasaksihan dahil mas pinili nameng mag noms 🀣

⛰️ Nag book kami sa Tanawin Travel and Tours para less hassle mula sasakyan mo papunta hanggang pag uwi sagot na nila, may ksama pang free breakfast na sobrang sarap pag overnight kinuha mong package.
