NEW MOON IN AQUARIUS ♒️ 🌑

- Burn the sage.
- Grab your stones to amplify the energies you require.
- Do some breath work.
- Get into meditation.
- Do some yoga.
- Get really clear on what might hold you back from your intentions.
- Ask yourself “What makes me unique and how do I express it in the world?
- SET YOUR INTENTIONS

Do I hold back authenticity for the sake of fitting into the group?

How can I use my unique gifts to add value to the collective experience? In community (big or small)? In family? In friendships?

What do I need let go of to make room for my intentions that are guided by my highest expression of self?

The full moon is the peak of the lunation cycle where everything becomes visible. Almost like an observer from above, we have the ability to view our emotional well-being from a distance giving us an opportunity to objectively look at the patterns of our behavior that may stop us from being who we are meant to be. The sun giving its light to the moon are in complete opposition giving us our Aquarius Leo polarity. Pluto moving into Aquarius it conjuncts with the sun. Pluto is the planet of the unconscious realm, the things that are hidden away, and known as the planet of destruction- death and rebirth. This full moon in Leo during this Aquarius season is special to myself because this expression is an invite to the qualities of my North Node and personal evolutionary path. A calling to present our unique creativities in service to our community. Along with this calling comes an awareness that in order to make space for new life giving creativity, there are things that we must allow to die.

How can we manifest more joy, playfulness, and creativity to our lives?

What are things that need to fade away to make room for things to flow?

✨Light some candles
✨Burn some sage
✨Create a moon bath
✨Deep breathing
✨Move your body to bring yourself into presence
✨Moments of silence and meditation

The sun and moon meet together in Capricorn giving us our first new moon of the year in a cardinal sign. The energy of a cardinal sign is that of a starter which is perfect for starting new projects and setting new intentions.

This new moon invites us to go inward to the truth of who we are. Is it in alignment with how you present yourself to the world?

The energy of Capricorn is about how we show up in the world and how this has an impact with the space that we occupy. You’ve built this life, now take a look. Is it in line with what you truly value? Can you be yourself? Are you living with integrity?

We are all programmed to a degree and it is our responsibility to shed light on what beliefs we have picked up from our family, society, and culture. These all have an impact on the choices we make, which may take you away from the truth of your being and what is within you to manifest.

Turn inwards to find what is true and release yourself from the things that are not. So many of us put pressure on ourselves based on fear, the fear of others, or other expectations of how we should be. In the end this not only is damaging to those we care for, but it is incredibly damaging to the self.

What small changes can you make to get you closer to living your truth?

Write down your intentions. And break them down into little actions.
