This week we let go a member that used to be an instructor for CFFT, it was not a mutual decision as being portrayed. This decision was not taken lightly and was done so over moral and ethical patterns of behaviors and actions not inline with the core values of CFFTs mission. I will not bash anyone but would highly recommend any department that he pitches a class for to please contact us or any other training group we have partnered with to vet him and the material he is presenting as most of it has been taken from one of them and passed as his own. This is done out of safety for the students. We will gladly recommend another training company to assist you and your department to ensure you receive creditable training from experienced instructors in those situations so it is not a conflict of interest. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me for any concerns or questions on this matter or anything else.
