Today, I honor not just a father, but a visionary.
A genius who revolutionized Afghan pop music.
A golden voice that carried a nation's soul.
A golden heart that gave endlessly to his people.
A patriot who lived and died with love for his country.
He set new standards in Afghan music ..... timeless, bold, and unmatched.
He wasn’t just my father ..... he was Afghanistan’s Nainawaz.
Forever missed. Forever honored.

Nainawaz Studio proudly presents Merawee….an old, special song brought to life through our signature sound, featuring the golden voice of Ehsan Aman. In this footage, we’ve brought a younger Ehsan Aman to match the era of this song through modern technology.

Bear with us and keep an open mind. Our music is a bit different than a majority of the music we hear these days. You’ll hear real instruments, raw textures, and even the natural fret buzz of guitar and bass, which are part of our signature sound. We embrace simplicity and harmony.

Special thanks to Ehsan Aman for lending us his beautiful voice. Ehsan is a legend and an inspiration to many.

I also want to thank my brother Tawab Ayub on drums and percussion. Tawab is a dear friend and a key part of our music. Last but not least, special thanks to the rest of Nainawaz Band for their beautiful touch and passion. I’m blessed to have these guys by my side. Not only are they great listeners, they also bring a ton of creativity and passion to each of our song.

ستودیوی نینواز با افتخار آهنگِ “میروی” را خدمت شنوندگان و علاقمندان تقدیم می‌کند. این آهنگ قدیمی و دل انگیز با حنجره طلایی احسان جان امان احیا و با سیستمِ عالی ثبتِ ما تنظیم شده است. ما در این کلپ با استفاده از تکنولوژی جدید، احسان جان جوان‌تر را به تصویر کشیده‌ایم؛ زمانی که این آهنگ برای نخستین بار اجرا شد.

این آهنگ یک اثر معمولی نیست و به موسیقی‌های رایج امروزی شباهت ندارد. در این اثر، ساز های زنده و حقیقی، بافت‌های خام و حتی صدای مضراب بر تارهای گیتار و بیس را خواهید شنید. ما خواهان سادگی، بی‌پیرایگی و عدم فیلتر در کار موسیقی هستیم و امیدواریم که همه شنوندگان با یک دید باز به آن گوش دهند و به تلفیق سازها و هارمونی‌ها توجه کنند.

احسان جان امان یک الگو برای جوانان و یک اسطوره در موسیقی ما هستند و ما از ایشان سپاسگزاریم که صدای زیبای شان را در اختیار ما گذاشتند.

همچنان از دوست عزیزم تواب جان ایوب که در قسمت نواختن جازبند و ضرب با ما همکاری نمودند سپاسگزاریم، تواب جان نقش کلیدی در موسیقی ما دارد. و در پایان از سایر دست اندرکاران و اعضای گروه نینواز بخاطر همکاری زیبای شان امتنان داریم.

Few Clarifications About Nainawaz Studio, Its Mission, and Our Music:

1. Our Identity Is Our Own.

The vision, style, and soul of our music are born and rooted entirely at Nainawaz Studio. We walk our own path, not anyone else’s.

2. Instruments Expand Expression, Not Identity

Introducing elements like guitar or bass does not make our music “western.” Nainawaz himself envisioned a sound that transcended borders …rich, expressive, and full of “kaif”. It took great passion and sacrifice by him and other legends to elevate our music to the next levels

When we talk about the purity of our music, let’s honor a spirit of fearless creativity, and not limit it by going back to the times prior to the golden era.

3. Our True Arsenal Is Human and Imaginative

While we embrace modern tools, Auto-Tune is not one of them. Our greatest instruments remain our imagination, and our musicians ……alive and unfiltered.

Dear fans, exciting news! This spring, the legendary Homayoun Sakhi, his soulful voice and beautiful composition is coming to Nainawaz Studio for a collaboration like no other. More than a virtuoso, Homayoun jan is an international icon, captivating audiences worldwide with his artistry and passion.

We are honored to unveil the debut of his mesmerizing new song (رویای چشمانت) — his own composition, featuring Homayoun Sakhi as the vocalist. The authentic and organic music, performed by Nainawaz Band, is arranged and directed by Khisraw Nainawaz.

Here’s an excerpt from this upcoming release. Stay tuned for what we hope will be another special musical experience to be exclusively released on Nainawaz Studio’s FB and IG page soon this Spring!
