I started this weight loss journey on Feb 19 after realizing 𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙙 𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙍𝙏𝙔 𝙋𝙊𝙐𝙉𝘿𝙎 in a short period of time and I WAS DONE hating my body. I was exhausted, stressed, and literally eating my feelings.

We have three boys and my husband had just deployed (for a year) and we planned a trip to meet up in June as a mid-deployment-moon. 𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘐 𝘥𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨！

So, I started using 𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗩𝗔,𝘀 𝗚𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗻, 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘀, 𝗜𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲 and 𝗣𝘂𝗹𝘀𝗲 religiously!

I added in some workouts but within 3 weeks I got injured and had to rest.

I began restricting portions, not food, and added in more water and protein.

In 5 weeks, 𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝟰.𝟲 𝗣𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗦! 😳 But, the inches continue to fall off!

𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘯’𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘭𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴．

𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻! When I tell you I was falling asleep behind the wheel, using an energy product I had sold for 7 years... it was scary!! Especially with kids in the car. This happened daily...𝗧𝗜𝗟 𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗩𝗔!

𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻! I was gaining weight daily with the same product that was supposed to also help me lose weight! 🤦🏻‍♀️😳 I couldn't stand behind it anymore. YALL: I can eat the things I love (within a reasonable portion) and still lose inches 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘥𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘰𝘳 𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘢 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘵．

I haven't found a product like this in a LONG TIME. I have literally searched the world over...and this...𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗜𝗧𝗦 𝗔𝗧! I am absolutely 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗨𝗩 with this company and its products...and 𝙄 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙇𝙐𝙑 𝙢𝙮𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣, too! 💜

I’ve not seen as much physical transformation yet as it is still early. However, the changes I have felt mentally have been 🔑 for me!

Just having the DESIRE in life to change my ways (healthier eating, exercising, self care)! These are things I longed for, knowing they would help my overall wellness, but could never seem to figure out. Where to start, how to get there.

Aluva has given me the DRIVE to make these changes, to take the first steps. The mental clarity, added energy, no more cravings for sweets that I have never been able to pass up -which has been my biggest hurdle-GONE!

I feel my zest 🍋 for life has awakened and I am more conscious of what I am putting in my body and learning more and more on how to do better each day. This journey with Aluva is not about weight loss for me (although I do look forward to this being part of my story). Aluva is about CHANGE, GROWTH, COMMUNITY and LUV for ME and for others and to share our wins along with our challenges and to help support others on their journey, however that may look.

We each have our own story. Our journey into wellness is most likely different than the next, but to know we have such amazing products as well as the community of friends walking next to us and cheering us on is so freaking amazing!

I had no idea that I was experiencing this kind of transformation in my body. All I saw was that the scale was trending downward. Which is awesome because that’s my goal (I am taking part in a Transformation Challenge after all).

But my goodness! I didn’t see the changes that were starting to take place in my body until I set these picture side-by-side.

Taking your pictures can be an incredibly personal experience and some people get inside their own heads about taking their pictures and then ultimately talking themselves out of doing it. I’m here to tell you that when you are able to see your changes, you feel so motivated to keep going.
