Avengers: The Kang Dynasty will be directed by Destin Daniel Cretton (Director of Shang-Chi)
We talk about The Duffer Brothers (NOT The Duff Brothers) editing past episodes of Stranger Things, and how we feel about Directors retconning their content in general (and, specifically, George Lucas with Star Wars). And is it the same as a Director's Cut?
Joe sent Ashley a tiktok about Thor: Love and Thunder being a visual retelling by Korg, so we talk about that, as well!
Finally, Joe talks more about the Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves trailer.

We finished Friends this week... for the thousandth time! And we talk about other stuff, too.

The news this week: Spider-Man: Across the Spiderverse Part 1 and 2 pushed back; Super Mario Brothers Movie pushed back (see a theme here?); El Mu**to (Spider-Man spin off); 10 day notice video for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness; The Batman 2 gets greenlit.

We didn't watch much on our own this week, but Ashley talks briefly about starting to rewatch Degrassi: The Next Generation and her general love of Degrassi.

Then, we get to what we watched together: Sing 2; Tony Hawk: Until the Wheels Fall Off; This Is Us Season 6 Episode 14: Night Before The Wedding; Moon Knight Season 1 Episode 5: Asylum (the penultimate episode!); Halo Season 1 Episode 6: Solace (yes, we're still watching it); Picard Season 2 Episode 9: Hide and Seek (another penultimate episode!); and we talk about finishing Friends (again).

As always we hit upon the news that matters to us: the final Top Gun: Maverick trailer; The Ultimatum on Netflix; Bruce Willis stepping away from acting (and we take a few minutes to talk about how much we love him); and Obi-Wan Kenobi release date pushed back two days (but we get two episodes instead of one).

Ashley watched: RuPaul's Drag Race; Secrets of Pl***oy; and Season 2 of Bridgerton.

Joe watched: The Ip Man movies; Into the Badlands Season 3; Shanghai Noon; and Once Upon a Time In Hollywood (and thoughts on Quentin Tarantino).

Jackson wanting to come back to Star Wars, a new Kung Fu Panda series on Netlix (Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight), a new trailer for the Halo series, and Christopher Llyod cast in Season 3 of The Mandalorian.

We switch things up and Joe talks about what he watched first- Tombstone and Wyatt Earp, and Star Trek: Discovery

Then Ashley talks about what she watched- How I Met Your Father, The Bachelor finale, and Intervention.

Then a brief interlude with some more news about the Netflix Marvel shows moving to Disney+, and our potential complete Marvel rewatch.
