JUSTICE FOR KILLUA 🐕💔
Netizens cry for justice after an innocent golden retriever named Killua was found dead inside a sack.
Vina Rachelle, Killua's owner, took to Facebook on March 17, 2024 to grieve the loss of her beloved dog. "[M]ahal na mahal ko yan. [W]e found his lifeless body inside a sack," she wrote.
In another Facebook post, Vina assured the public that they will ensure that the suspect behind the killing will be held accountable.
"I promise po na makakamit natin 'yung hustisya para sa furbaby ko at para din matigil na ang pag-abuso at pagkatay sa mga dogs dito sa lugar namin," she said.
The killing of any animal is punishable by Republic Act No. 8485, or the Animal Welfare Act. Any person who violates the law will be imprisoned for not less than six months nor more than two years or a fine of not less than P1,000 nor more than P5,000 or both at the Court's discretion.
