Yakcheonsa Temple in Jeju Island is a temple with many modern features but does not lose the solemn part of Buddhism. The temple was started construction in February 1988 and was completed in September 1996. The temple was officially recognized as the Headquarters of the Cao Khe Zen School in Te Chau Island (Jeju Island) in 1999.

Jusangjeolli stone column yard , also known as rock disc rapids, is located on the southern coast of Jeju Island in Korea. True to its name, the stone pillar beach is made up of thousands of dark gray stone columns stacked in a very sophisticated and artistic way along the coastline.
