Hi everyone!!

Sharing some snippets of my room (and home office/studio/cinema) as my first post on this page! 🥳

I've been working on automating my room and creating a truly "smart" room since 2016 as one of my hobby projects, and at this point, I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome! It involved a considerable amount of research and tinkering to get all the devices working seamlessly together. I also went with the DIY route (while sourcing components from China 😅) to lessen the cost.

Everything from lights to appliances such as my fan, aircon, blinds, projector, etc. are automated or controllable via my phone/any web browser and voice (via Alexa). I never use physical switches or remotes anymore ✨
