Ramadan is a great time to make a change and let go of things that no longer serve the main purpose of your life 💪🏼

Look after your guy this iftar, guys.
Back in the building
When the pandemic first hit, the world was going through a period of isolation that we had never seen in our lifetime. The core of what we do at is conversation, so we felt that it was time to hand the conversation over to you. We came up with The Game, a set of 100 conversation cards to help you connect with loved ones, yourself, and hopefully reflect on your spiritual relationship too.
Little did we know that The Game would become our flagship product and see us through the pandemic. If it wasn’t for you guys purchasing it, FG probably wouldn’t be around today.
I’m so proud to say that The Game has now entered thousands of homes across the world and now we’re looking to take the next step. We will be translating The Game in different languages, starting slowly and hopefully eventually making it accessible to all.
We’re also aware that to make great things happen, we must work together. So we’re looking for partners around the world to become official distributors of The Game. The product has been proven and now we want to sky rocket it.
Our biggest challenge has been the length of time it takes for international customers to receive The Game, and the shipping costs involved. This will be a huge step towards reducing that cost, speeding up that time and also supporting businesses around the world by giving them great wholesale prices with ample profit margins.

Manchester ✅
Throwback to when we filmed the advert for our first ever live event. This was almost 3 years ago.
The idea behind this event was just to celebrate the milestone of 100 episodes. We had no idea we would fall in love with live shows but there’s something special about engaging with you all in person.
We’re literally on our way to Manchester for our first ever live show there as we’re typing this.
If you’re in the area, come say hi.
Otherwise, see you at the Aldwych.
The support for Freshly Grounded from the community has always been second to none. That last clip you just saw summarises our mission with these events.
Tuesday 15th March 2022. Aldwych Theatre, London. See you there.

It’s no secret that Freshly Grounded wouldn’t still be here if it wasn’t for you. Throughout the years you guys have shown us love in many ways, whether it’s supporting us on Patreon, purchasing The Game, or rocking our merch, you’ve trusted us and joined us on this journey. There’s a special group of people that we wanted to highlight in this video: our event volunteers. None of our events would function if it wasn’t for all of the incredible people that choose to spend their valuable time helping us. Throughout the years we’ve been able to develop a relationship with some of you and even gotten to celebrate some of your life milestones. A massive thank you. If you still haven’t been to one of our events, we look forward to seeing you this upcoming Tuesday. It’s the Aldwych.
THIS is why I love what Freshly Grounded has become. The people. The people who watch, the people who believe and the people who make Freshly Grounded what it is. When I worked at Apple I saw so many people coming for interviews with all the knowledge of the iPhone and all the skills to sell but saw them getting turned away. Apple don’t choose their team based on skill or knowledge, that can be taught. I took that with me when I left. Wrongly or rightly, we don’t choose experience, we don’t choose skill ... we choose passion, hard work and belief in the vision. There is not enough light shone on the team and Yusuf is just one of those individuals who puts blood sweat and tears into making sure our message and ethos is delivered. What is that message? Simple. We just want Muslims to feel comfortable with who they are, knowing that they can achieve excellence without compromising their true authentic self.
I once heard Marty Neumeier (the man who helped companies like Apple & Google build their brand) say that ‘branding’ is defined as a gut feeling someone has about your company. That’s how I see our live events. I want people to FEEL something from the minute they walk through the door to the minute they leave. From the uniform & attitude of our staff to the show itself and most importantly for me, the venue. The place they’ll be spending their time. #RoadToAldwych - @faisalchdry
