We have the following available: All our beef is 100% grass-fed, drug-free, and pasture-raised in the stunning Wet Mountain Valley of Westcliffe, Colorado.

Bulk Prime Steak Animals: Each order includes about a third of each steaks (Filet, Ribeye, NY Strip, Skirt, Sirloin, and Round steaks), slow cook cuts/roasts (Chuck, Arm, Brisket, Eye of Round, Short Ribs, and Beef Shanks) and 85/15 premium ground beef.

Eighth Beef: 50 lbs. $10.99 a pound (filets not included)
Quarter Beef: 100 lbs. $9.99 a pound
Half Beef: 200 lbs. $9.99 a pound
Whole Beef: 400 lbs. $9.99 a pound

Ala carte individual cuts:
Ground Beef: $8.50 per pound in 1-pound packages.
Meaty Soup Bones: $2.99 per pound and comes in 3-4 pound packages.
Knucklebones: $2.99 per pound and come in 3-4 pound packages.
Liver: $2.99 per pound, average 1-pound packages.
Heart: $2.99 per pound, average 2.5-pound packages.
Trim Fat: (great for rendering into Cooking Tallow), $2.99 per pound, 5-pound packages.

Once we have your order*, we will arrange a personal delivery to your home. We will drop off and can even help you load beef into your freezer.

*We require a $200 minimum order for home delivery.

**We accept cash or checks. Please make your check out to Tharros Acres. You can pay by credit card in person, or we can send you an invoice through email. We charge 3% for all credit card or online transactions.

State of the City address tomorrow at 5 p.m.

Mayor Ashley Smith, the City Council, and City Department heads will present the annual “State of the City” updates on Wednesday, January 19 at 5 p.m. Where Cañon City is now, where it was in 2021, and what 2022 goals are areas to be covered.

The presentation will take place at the beginning of the Visual Committee meeting and broadcast live on Channel 191, and on the City’s page at https://www.facebook.com/canoncitygov.

The public is of course invited to attend the meeting in person at City Hall, 128 Main Street, in the City Council Chambers.
