So...who else struggles, on a daily basis, with anxiety? How do you all handle it? What kind of reactions do you go through, when your anxiety is through the roof? What kind of feelings, and struggles do you go through when your anxiety levels are up? Don't be afraid to answer, as there are many many people who struggle with the same thing, and feel the same way, or react in similar ways. Believe it or not there are many people who feel alone in this but yet thousands, if not millions, of people have similar reactions and or feelings.
