Did you know that for a fart to make a sound it has to come out your butt at about 10ft/sec? But who has the time to calculate that? I’m so glad you ass!

Introducing FARTch (Fart + Patch). A patch the you can easily place in your sphinctery that tells you if your fart is going too fast. FARTch pairs with your phone so you get alerted milliseconds before you oopsie. Now, that’s break wind speed!

The 1st prototype uses mesh wiring like what they use for touchscreens to tell which part of the phone has pressure. We took that technology and put it in your butt.

The 2nd prototype uses a more analog approach. It’s a tiny anemometer.
