What's up Scrub Hub!! Today we are bringing some light to the Story-Telling Action-Adventure game known as Alan Wake! With us with have on Calypso, a fellow streamer/podcaster! He has been a big fan of Alan Wake and the entire "Alan Wake" universe. Alan Wake is an action-adventure game developed by Remedy Entertainment and published by Microsoft Studios, released for the Xbox 360 in May 2010, and Microsoft Windows in February 2012. The story follows best-selling thriller novelist Alan Wake as he tries to uncover the mystery behind his wife's disappearance during a vacation in the small fictional town of Bright Falls, Washington, all while experiencing events from the plot in his latest novel, which he cannot remember writing, coming to life. So sit back and relax, enjoy the show but don't forget to stock some batteries and ammo, cause who knows when the Darkness will settle in...

We are super pumped to finally start gaming with everyone! If you watched our episode 0 nonsense, thank you and bless 🙏 lol but if you did you'll also know that our first game of this season is MORTAL SHELL!!!

In This episode, Pants(me) and the Doc discuss the ebbs and flows of the souls-like world of Falgrim, the main story setting for Mortal Shell. The main premise to the game is that you inhabit "shells" which give you unique abilities and playstyles. Paired along with the various different weapons and upgrades you can find throughout the game, you're sure to find a playstyle that allows you to get through some of those tougher spots! OH yea, they're there.
